Refund policy

At Ela Napolia, we want every piece you choose to feel right from the moment it arrives. If something doesn’t match your expectations, we offer a straightforward return process so you can shop with confidence.

Customers have 60 days from the day of delivery to request a return. Items should be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all packaging included. We do not charge restocking fees.

To begin a return, send an email to info@elanapolia.com with your order number. Our team will guide you through the next steps. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable method to ensure the parcel reaches us safely.

If you prefer an exchange, let us know in your message and we will arrange it whenever possible.

Once returned items have been inspected, refunds are issued within 7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to finalize the transfer.
